- When stocking a dungeon room with "Treasure" in it, roll both d6's and consult the table.
- When checking what a single foe might have in their possession roll a single d6 and consult the first column of the table.
- If it's a small room/a poorer place roll a d4 for row and d6 for column.
- If your stocking a palace or somesuch roll a single d6 and consult the 6th column.
- Etc.
